OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS

Action Recruitment Europe prides itself on providing a high level of service and building strong relationships with our clients. We strive to source the ideal people for the vacancies our clients have. When considering candidates for a position, we always take into account their motivation and career aspirations, as well as their skills and experience.

We make sure we meet your needs as a client by understanding your company culture. We believe we are an extension of your own recruitment team and aim to support and assist by having the same belief in your company and your brands as you do. Your success is our success.

We aim to provide you with the right people without you having to spend time going through a large number of CVs. Unlike many consultancies we will send a maximum of 3 CV's per vacancy, as we have spent time with these people and really believe that they have something to offer the role. Your time is as important to us as our own.

Candidate sourcing

We use the following methods to recruit our candidates:

  • Existing database of interviewed candidates
  • Online advertising and trade press publication
  • Working in partnership with Universities and Colleges to provide guidance and advice for students upon     graduation.
  • Executive Searches
  • Headhunting

    Candidate Screening

  • All candidates are pre-screened including an in-depth interview.
  • We interview using a mix of interviewing techniques including competency based interviewing, interviews are     adapted to your requirements.
  • We often interview and question around job and people specifications looking for evidence and supporting     information which show that the candidate is a good match both in skills and personality.
  • Before submitting a candidate for a vacancy, we will have spoken to them about your company and the     position, quite often we ask the candidate to do some research and come back to us with commitment that     they are interested.
  • We strive to reference check all candidates and verify information on CV’s and we keep up to date with ever     changing legislation.

    We work completely on a no placement; no fee basis and all placements come with a guarantee period. Our service is adaptable and we are very happy to discuss your individual requirements and tailoring our service to your individual needs.
